Yes, we have a minimum order of €50. If you plan to place an order below this amount, we suggest teaming up with a friend to reach the required minimum.
Yes, we offer discounts for large orders. It is important to mention this when contacting us.
Yes, we can purchase them for you without any problem. In this case, we will require payment of 100% of the purchase cost along with the initial 50% of the budget. You also have the option to buy them yourself and send them to the studio.
In two installments: the first when you have accepted the quote, which amounts to 50% of the total price. The second upon completion, when you are satisfied with the final result and before the item is shipped back.
When we accept your order, we automatically reserve a completion date for it, with an estimated timeframe as accurate as possible. It is important to note that other orders will be scheduled outside of that date.
Yes, in both cases. We ship nationally and internationally.
Of course. We offer pickup and delivery service to your home. You tell us where you want us to collect your army, and we’ll send a courier to pick it up and bring it to the studio. And the same when the project is finished.
We perform the most meticulous packaging possible to ensure the integrity of all models sent. This consists of individual protection for each model and additional protections for sets with the aim of minimizing internal movement of the package.
No, it’s separate and for that we need the dimensions and weight of the package in case you don’t send them.
You will receive complete tracking of all stages of your order. We will stay in direct contact via WhatsApp or, if not possible, by email. However, if you prefer, you can also call us by phone
You can pay with Paypal or by bank transfer. Likewise, there is the possibility that you stop by the studio and pay in cash..
Of course. To make it easier for you and because we don’t want money to be a problem, we offer payment in installments..
Yes, you can split it into installments of €200, €500, €1000… whatever is most comfortable for you. We will keep the color palette and the recipe used in your miniatures safe so we can replicate it in future deliveries.
Yes, we have an express project service. These will have an additional cost depending on the size of the order and urgency.
Of course. You can choose a painting level for each of the units, just like the base levels. You can combine them as you prefer.
Yes, although we always recommend painting new miniatures to obtain higher paint finishes.
